Units, a magazine published by The National Apartment Association, July Issue named the Best in Curb Appeal. Categories included Best Flowers, Best Landscape, Most Natural Look, Best Military Housing, Best Section 42, Best Ambiance, and Our favorite – Best Signage. King Management’s Madison Park won Best Signage. DeNyse Companies, Designed, Fabricated and Installed this beautiful Main Entrance sign. In fact, DeNyse Companies completed the entire sign package for this property.
Community Manager Lynn Gill said “Every year at prom time, many of the (local) students pose in front of the entrance in their gowns and tuxes. It’s a Madison tradition and, as one parent said You won’t find a more beautiful spot to take these photos than right here.”
