Abor Place Mall, a CBL & Associates property wanted to increase traffic into the mall and also use the large existing sign as a way to communicate with customers and encourage holiday spending. Since the management company wanted all of the sign repairs, and new digital display in place by Black Friday, the DeNyse team jumped into action. Since we have been creating sign solutions, and repairing other signs for over 28 years, we knew exactly what to do. Permitting was first on the list to ensure we had no delays in the sign installation. Next, creative sign solutions were a must! How do we keep the existing structure, and save our client money? We put our design team and installation team to work to ensure a solution that would satisfy the customer. The solution – resurface the existing monument and add a Larger LED Digital Message Center. Now Customers from the neighboring interstate (I-20) can view advertising and marketing messages from Arbor Place mall. Thanks to our Installation team for overcoming weather and time obstacles to ensure client satisfaction!

Poor Sign Visibility = New LED Sign

Buckhead Church which is located in Atlanta, had the same issue a lot of organizations do, they were invisible to people passing by. Visitors that were attending service would have a hard time finding the church. Street and foot traffic visibility was an issues for the members and asked the DeNyse team to find a solution. Since Mark DeNyse managed a previous interior sign for the church, he managed this outdoor lighted monument project from start to finish. He worked with the City of Atlanta to ensure proper permitting for the new sign. The V-Shape design was created by our design department based on the road curvatures as well as traffic patterns. LED lighting and polished dimensional accents were added to the monument for a creative and distinctive  visual effect. The architectural elements and LED lighting make the sign standout to anyone day or night. It was important to clearly display the address in plain view. The project was on budget, and on time. Rachael Terry with Buckhead Church and its members are completely satisfied.

DeNyse Companies was chosen to install the new signage for the Regions Bank building in Atlanta at Peachtree Street & 14th. All over-sized signage was shipped in pieces to our facility and assembled on site by the DeNyse installation team. The Regions Logo itself was 15′x16′. All permitting necessary for the City of Atlanta was completed by our sign permitting department. Due to the location of the installation, extreme sensitivity and caution for public safety was top of mind. The installation was completed in an around the clock process over a two weekend period. Signage installation was completed on time and with complete customer satisfaction.
