Controller
DeNyse Companies is currently seeking a full-time experienced Controller. Must have a thorough understanding of, and experience working with, financial statements and spreadsheets, financial software, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, taxes and tax reporting, cost accounting, estimating and accounts payable and receivables. An accounting background in either a Manufacturing or Construction environment is a must. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Accounting or Finance preferred, as well as 5+ years of related experience. DeNyse Companies is seeking a Senior Level Experienced Sign Estimator. Must have extensive experience estimating Lighted Signage. Job duties will include reviewing bid requests and drawings to determine labor and material requirements, developing itemized bill of materials, calculating materials required based on scaled drawings, calculating labor and paint requirements based on system formulas, calculating installation time and subsequent expense, and any other variables that need to be taken into account when determining pricing. Qualified applicants should be very detail-oriented and possess a strong reasoning ability. Must have excellent math skills and be proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel & Outlook. DeNyse Companies is seeking a Sales Representative in our Sign Service / Lighting Maintenance Department. Sales Rep should be professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate and sell our lighting and sign services to clients. (Sign repair, sign updates, parking lot and other lighting needs, etc.) Electrical Sales and/or Sign Service Sales Experience a plus. Must be able to work occasional evenings to identify lighted sign outages. Salary plus commission pay structure. Competitive compensation and benefit package available.Project Manager
